Adam Santos-Coy is a seasoned leadership professional with a diverse background, intricately weaving over a decade of global experiences with dynamically diverse coaching, facilitating, and advisory roles. With a passion for optimizing the human condition, he is driven by his core principles and evidence-based methodologies, promising the delivery of ethical practices, clarity in communication, and meaningful impact to every client he serves. As an ICF-certified Professional Coach, a practicing Martial Artist, and a Nationally registered EMT, Adam's hybrid coaching methodology is a real-world summation of his complementary credentialing and firsthand insights as a global leadership advisor.

Adam has a BA in Visual Arts, and received his transformative coaching education from the Co-Active Training Institute. He’s trained as an Interventionist with Ken Seeley, Eric McLaughlin, and Dr. Louise Stanger and served as an Executive Coach for senior leadership at the German multinational Bertelsmann Group. Adam is PCC, CPCC and CARC certified. Additionally he is a member of the ICF and an NREMT.
