Words create worlds. Learning that first by experiencing it personally, then diving into understanding what it takes to create that for others has been my focus for over a decade.

I am endlessly fascinated by people; passionate about learning, growing, and showing up for others. For me, life is about creating as many opportunities as possible to have people see that they actively create their lives.

Professionally my work experience runs the gamut from the entertainment industry to fashion, hospitality operations and Executive leadership. Roles ranging from ticket taker and ice cream maker, to director of operations and COO has given me real world understanding of what people go through at various posts in leadership and life.

Additionally, as a champion and advocate for coaching as a profession, I have trained for thousands of hours and coached hundreds of people in how to have transformative conversations that reveal new opportunities and possibilities, enabling real world results for themselves, friends, associates and family.

I’ve been called Mary Poppins meets Ray Donovan. I've been called a lighthouse. I’ve been called a wrecking ball; a mercenary of transformation.
